Solution for: #105: swtiching to homebrew screwed up the textmate svn bundle

TextMate gets its PATH from the Finder, not your .profile or however you setup your own environment. You need to manually add the path to brew's bin dir in Prefereces / Advanced / PATH. For me, that's /usr/local/bin.

This might not be an issue in Snow Leopard and above if they have a more recent svn installed in /usr
