Solution for: #68: Modding Rome: Total War descr_regions.txt has no effect

To make changes in descr_regions.txt take, you have to remove Data/world/maps/campaign/base/map.rwm every time you make a change. This file caches various information from the campaign text files, and will be regenerated the next time you start the campaign if it is removed.
