Definitely had a similar problem.
- Trying watching Season 6 & 7 (that worked for me)
- Distract yourself with other Whedon shows. Dollhouse is on these days.
- Join an online community and debate the relative worth of Angel vs Spike, Kendra vs Faith, etc. The fandom will eventually drive you away. Or Insane. Whichever first.
- I dunno, watch some Angel?
